Jane Coffey came to fundraising for the Arts after a career in the corporate sector, working as an Information Technology, Business Development and Sales professional. Jane has worked in the banking, staffing, IT software, and Renewable Energy industries; working at businesses such as Microsoft, Citibank, Allegis Group and CleanChoice Energy. Her most recent role was as Director of Development for Chesapeake Shakespeare Company.

Jane is an ardent Art’s supporter in Baltimore. She is the wife of a professional musician and song writer (Arty Hill), and the mother of an animation artist-in-training (her daughter Josie just graduated with a degree in animation from the Columbus College of Art and Design). She has served on the Board of Trustee’s for AEMS (Arts Education in Maryland Schools) since 2017 and served on the Board of Chesapeake Shakespeare from 2005 – 2015. From 2010 – 2012 she served as CSC’s Board Chair, and is currently the Co-Chair of AEMS’ Board of Trustees. Gaining arts skills pays dividends for life; fundraising for OrchKids is an honor and a privilege.
