OrchKids enrolls the majority of our new after-school students at the beginning of the school year, with priority given to students from our partner schools. However, new students can apply at any time. There are limited spots in the program, so there is no guarantee of a spot for every interested student. Students who enroll after the intake period will be put on the waitlist and contacted if and when slots become available. If accepted into the program, an individualized plan will be created in order for your student to start programming. 

We accept new students in 1st-12th grade to the after-school program. Younger students may need to wait for a year or more in order to play some of the more physically demanding instruments. No prior musical experience is necessary for students to join OrchKids and there is no cost for students to participate in OrchKids.
