Kelley Nolan, Site Coordinator

“Hi! My name is Kelley Nolan. I am from Baltimore, Maryland and have lived here my entire life. I came to love music in my high school band class. I went on to college at Towson University where I studied nursing, and did nursing for two years afterwards. I then came back to music in the nonprofit world working for an organization called TheMarching Elite Foundation. One of my summer staffers introduced me to OrchKids and I loved the program! I applied, and here I am as the new Site Coordinator at Lockerman-Bundy Elementary School.”

Kelley joined our team in the beginning of our 16-17 School Year.

Rachel Burbank, Site Coordinator
Highlandtown Elementary Middle School #215

A native of Wisconsin, Rachel Burbank earned her Bachelor of Music degree in oboe performance with a concentration in jazz studies from Drake University, a Master of Arts degree in Arts Presenting from the University of Miami, as well as a Master of Music degree in oboe performance from the University of North Texas and a Doctorate of Musical Arts in oboe performance at Michigan State University. She has performed at the prestigious North Sea Jazz Festival, the Crested Butte Music Festival, and at the International Double Reed Society Convention in Ithaca, NY and served on the faculty of the Interlochen summer music program. Prior to Rachel’s recent relocation to Annapolis, MD she served as adjunct professor of oboe and bassoon at New World School of the Arts and Florida International University and teaching artist at Miami Music Project and the Greater Miami Youth Orchestra and was a member of the Miami Symphony Orchestra.
