OrchKids enrolls the majority of our new after-school students at the beginning of the school year, with priority being given to students from our partner schools. However, based on factors including open roster spots and any previous musical instruction, it may be possible to enroll new students at the beginning of January and also for our summer session. There are limited spots in the program, so there is no guarantee of a spot for every interested student. If a student is enrolled after an intake period has passed, that student will be added to a waitlist.

We accept new students in 1st-12th grade to the after-school program. Younger students may need to wait for a year or more in order to play some of the more physically demanding instruments. No prior musical experience is necessary for students to join OrchKids, and there is no cost for students to participate in OrchKids.
